Will was a tired boy when I saw him today. You can tell he's tired and stressed in the picture, from his brow and his straight locked legs. He's started waking up about an hour before feeding time and fussing until he gets fed, but the staff doesn't want to feed him any sooner (it's a preemie thing, they don't want to overstress his stomach yet). So he was tired and didn't do as well today with nursing as he did yesterday. They've been trying removing his canula (oxygen) for brief periods to test him and start him getting used to it, but so far he goes a few minutes then desats and needs it back. No weight change today.
I got Justin's car dealt with, it broke in the parking garage and the tow truck barely fit. They said the wait would be 45 minutes so there wasn't time to pump again before they were supposed to be there and I waited.. and waited.. and waited some more. It was over 3 hours before those guys showed up! They had to assemble a trailer to put the car on since it wouldn't come out of park. I followed behind in my car so I could get it going at the dealer and go back to the hospital (and by that time I was very, VERY ready to get back to my pump!). Turns out it was a blown fuse so the brakelights wouldn't work. About $2 for the part and $120 for the repair.. pfft. At least it's dealt with!
